Is the Leica M10 worth it?

The Leica M10 is worth it if this is your first M camera. It is the top of the line model capable of outputting stunning images. The upgrade however from the M9 is negligible except if you want even better ISO handling.

The M9 was a CCD sensor while the M10 is CMOS, under the right conditions some prefer the look of the M9 images.

The Leica M10 is interesting because there are so many variants with upgraded sensors, and even one with black and white sensors. Not counting special editions, there are 6 main different versions.
